Quick answers for first-time buyers
The child presses a button and speaks an idea. The device recognizes the language automatically, AI generates a coloring-book style line drawing, and the built-in thermal printer prints it in seconds with no ink.
Yes. We customize shell colors, the on-screen character, logo, packaging, UI language, voice prompts and the drawing content library. New industrial designs are available as ODM projects. See our OEM vs ODM guide.
Standard thermal paper rolls. We recommend and supply BPA-free thermal paper for children's products, and can provide branded refill packs. Read more in our kids' electronics compliance guide.
For standard models MOQ is typically 100–500 units. For OEM/ODM projects with custom logo, color, packaging or firmware, MOQ usually starts from 1,000 units. Trial orders are welcome.
Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified and the Q8 AI printer holds a US CPC certificate. Depending on the model we also arrange FCC, CE (RED), RoHS and REACH, UN38.3 and MSDS for batteries, and toy-safety testing such as EN 71, EN 62115 and ASTM F963 arranged for your market.
Standard products ship in about 7–15 days after payment. OEM/ODM orders take about 25–35 days after sample approval.
